What We Do

Wilderness Individual Leadership & Development (WILD) is a 501(c)(3) organization providing education, leadership development, and access to positive and challenging outdoor experiences for youth and young adults. The WILD Program incorporates experiential learning, healthy life skills, conservation and sustainability by immersing our participants in the natural world of red rock canyons in southern Utah. We provide hands-on adventure based experiential education to create an everlasting bond with the outdoors. The program goal is to not only inspire Baltimore youth and strengthen communities, but also provide participants with scholarships, internships, and career opportunities.
